PetSquad (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the PetSquad Dashboard, an internal tool used by our authorized employees to manage our pet-grooming business operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
The PetSquad Dashboard is for internal business use by PetSquad staff only. It is not a consumer-facing service, and access is restricted to authorized employees.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and basic profile details from your Google sign-in.
- Contact information — employee email addresses and mobile phone numbers used to send operational notifications.
- Business operational data — information related to running our business, including customer inquiries and leads generated through our advertising, brought into the tool so our team can respond.
How we use information
- To operate the internal dashboard and authenticate staff.
- To notify our team — by email and/or SMS text message — when new leads or relevant events occur.
- To manage our day-to-day business operations.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive operational text-message notifications from PetSquad (for example, an alert when a new lead comes in).
- Message frequency varies and depends on business activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Mobile information is never shared. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the notifications described above.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Information in this tool is used solely by PetSquad’s authorized staff for internal operations and stays within our organization. We do not share it with outside parties, except service providers strictly necessary to operate the tool (for example, our email and SMS delivery providers), and only to the extent required to provide the service. As stated above, no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention & security
We retain information only as long as needed for our business operations and take reasonable measures to protect it. Access is limited to authorized employees.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, and you may request removal of your contact information by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
