These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PetSquad Dashboard (“the Service”), an internal tool provided by PetSquad (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for use by our authorized employees.

1. Authorized use

The Service is for internal business use by authorized PetSquad employees only. You must have a valid, authorized account to access it. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and to keep your login credentials secure.

2. SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in, we may send you operational text-message notifications (for example, new-lead alerts).

• Message frequency varies based on business activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

4. Data

Information in the Service relates to our business operations and is confidential. You agree to handle it responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetSquad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
